BEST MOVING SERVICE is an understatement!! These guys are the absolute BEST, in service, care and friendliness. I moved locally from Raleigh to Clayton, my move was scheduled on the day we had a hurricane warning, massive rain & it hailed! The staff was incredible, Aaron, Trey & Carlyle worked hard & non-stop ensuring that my belongings were carefully wrapped & handled while maintaining a pleasant & friendly attitude. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, Aaron, Andrew & Wilson unloaded the truck, assembled the furniture that was taken apart & were extremely accommodating when I requested some boxes to be moved around to different rooms. The only casualty was a granite top to an accent table, Aaron was more upset over it than I was! He immediately contacted the office to notify them, I was told that the piece will be taken to a granite & stone shop for repair. If it can’t be repaired, it’ll be replaced. I didn’t have to follow up on it, Blake (super nice guy) stayed in touch & later informed me that they had to replace it. Kalen delivered the new piece (just as nice as my old one) to my home and made sure that it fit properly. Thank you to each & every one of you for making what could be a very stressful event, so smooth and seamless.
