The crew you sent on packing day was courteous and professional. They did it under the estimated time and saved us money. It is rare to have something like this happen. Very satisfying to know your company does not gouge when it is easy to do so and that your crews work quickly for the customer.
On moving day it was raining. The original packing crew plus three more showed to begin the process. To a man, all were professional and courteous. Each of them showed a very strong work ethic; this makes me hopeful for the future. They put everything where we asked and worked very quickly given the conditions
The administrative portion was also painless and the reduction in the amount owed from the estimate was refreshing and a pleasant surprise. This crew did what they could to save us money where they could and it is very appreciated. Your company standards are commendable, your employees are exemplary, and your business ethics and grade of service are above reproach.
