This is the second time that we have used Little Guys Movers to move my parents, who are in a retirement center in Lubbock, TX. We have been extremely pleased both times. Our latest move was April 5. Everyone I spoke to in the office was polite, professional, and helpful. They called a couple times before the move to make sure everything was ok. I had to adjust the time 15 minutes and it was no problem. Garrett S. and Garrett B. moved us this time and arrived promptly. They even called that morning to tell us they were on their way. They were very polite and courteous. They were careful with my parent items. They were focused and did not waste time. They even finished before the estimated time. A few days later, I got a call from Little Guys wanting to know how the move went and if everything was ok. Now that’s good customer service! I will continue to use Little Guys for all my moving needs and would highly recommend them.
