Everything about the operations of LGM up to and through the date of the move was flawless. Communication was clear and prompt. Calls to confirm 2 or 3 days ahead was well as the day before showed professionalism and attention to detail.
In my case, I was able to let them know the moving trailer had arrived earlier than expected and they were able to dispatch their team – Eric and Jeff – a couple hours ahead of schedule.
Eric and Jeff took instructions well, were careful but quick and were also courteous and willing to do what needed to be done. Would recommend this firm to anyone.
