6 stars for effort and persistence.
They told me they would arrive between 9 and 9:30 AM. At 9 o’clock they arrived at my mountain house in Red Feather. The details I failed to warn them of where the narrow, steep and winding driveway. This was complicated by overnight snowfall and very Icy conditions. After several attempts to get up the driveway, they decided to call the Ft. Collins shop. Fifty minutes later, Adam arrived with chains. All chained up, it still took imagination, creativity and persistence to get up the driveway successfully. This alone put them behind at least 2.5 hours. The crew never got angry or frustrated. They were pleasant and professional the whole time. The rest of the move went perfectly. One trip to Greeley to drop off. I was very happy to find that the charges reflected only what was quoted plus a few pieces of furniture I added on last minute. No extra charge for the time spent getting up my driveway. I will call them again… in the summer.
