My sister and I have used Little Guys twice to load/unload furniture/household items from house to storage unit and from storage unit to moving truck. (We had friends who could drive the moving truck.) The first time everything was perfect–the movers were professional, courteous, and efficient. We had no complaints and were very pleased with their service. However the second time, different movers did the loading, and my sister did not think it was done well. When she called the office, different packers were sent, and they completely re-did the entire loading job. These movers also were not pleased with the previous employees’ job; they called the office to report that those employees needed to receive additional training.
